Diop worked on Capitol Hill to learn how the system works. He saw working families get left behind due to corporate greed and bad policy. Now he's running to bring power back to our community. It's crunch time.
He came home to fight

Diop's Story

JOIN THE MOVEMENT
Diop is looking to put service back into public office. Too many politicians spend more time talking to donors than talking to the people they represent. This campaign is built on conversations with neighbors, community engagement, and grassroots support instead of corporate PAC money. Whether you're knocking doors, making calls, hosting an event, or lending your talents behind the scenes, you can help build a stronger future for Southwest Michigan.

THE PLATFORM
For too long, government has worked better for special interests than for the people it is supposed to represent. Diop believes we can do better. As a congressional staffer on Capitol Hill under former Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown, he saw firsthand how policy gets made, how legislation gets passed, and how investments in communities are funded.
Through years of organizing and policy work in battleground states like Michigan and Ohio, he learned how to build coalitions, find common ground, and deliver results. This platform outlines a roadmap to lower costs, restore dignity, and rebuild Southwest Michigan.
